  2. Horrible service I never got my phone the representatives are not trained well and flat out lie to the customers. The supervisors Aiden was just as bad not customer service trained or have any phone etiquette as he kept interrupting I would not say he would speak to the representative to retrain or reprimand in any way. He just kept repeating I got a refund I would not address that I was lied two. Don’t use this company truconnect approve me for free plus a phone for free. Louis and Aiden suck
